[intellij] compiler.automake.allow.when.app.running (liveReload 설정 시)

intellij 2021.2에서

File > Settings > Advanced Settings > Allow auto-make to start even if developed application is currently running 로 변경 됨

(비록 개발된 애플리케이션이 현재 기동 중이라도 시작하기 위해 auto-make를 허락해라)
